In addition to his studies in business administration from USD, Stephen holds several certifications from various agencies. And has over 25 years of professional experience in Business Management, Operations & Information Technology, with particular emphasis in telecommunications, network technologies and applications. Prior to PCS World Network, he was a vice president at Radio Relay Corp, where he was responsible for Southern California radio paging division including hardware/software and integration activities. Stephen also Owned and operated Four Star Limousine Service, where his fleet consisted of 9 stretch limousines and 2 transport couches, design marketing systems and managed a staff of 20 employees. Stephen past experience also includes part ownership in the B Street Cafe a downtown San Diego restaurant.

Willie is the Vice President of Finance for PCS World Network.

Willie Simpson Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined the Company in October 1999 and assumed the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer in May 2005. Mr. Simpson is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and owns the Simpson Financial Services since 1992.

Alfred began his Fine Arts career in telecommunications, filmmaking, fine art and photography, were he attended San Diego State University , where he began the Fine Art Drawing and Painting curriculum, in hopes of graduation with a bachelor of fine arts degree

I was an interface designer - also teach part-time at the Adult School level, where I teach classes in web and print design, illustration, animation and multimedia.

Rufus is the Vice President for PCS World Network Database Management. His experience includes System Design and Integration; solution assessments; civil and military planning; operations control and business case analysis; and implementation of public-private partnerships.
